INDIANA AVIATION ECONOMIC CONTRIBUTION STUDY

Tenant/User Survey for: Airport

The Indiana Department of Transportation Office of Aviation (INDOT), Aviation Association of Indiana (AAI) and Conexus are conducting an analysis of the economic importance of this state's airports. We are asking each firm serving, using, or being impacted by one of the airports in our study, to complete the following questionnaire. Your answers will be anonymous and data will be summarized so that the analysis and report will in no way disclose data on your specific company.

Please help us by filling out this brief survey. Your answers should apply to your company as it exists or relates to the airport named above.
